Authentic Aquariums LLC DBA Pondology Terms & Conditions

Customer agrees to pay Authentic Aquariums LLC DBA Pondology the invoiced amount for services.

Customer understands that an aquarium/pond/water feature and all of its components (including but not limited to livestock, water, filtration, pumps, lighting, plumbing, tanks, stands, canopies, etc.) will need maintenance and replacement at times. Customer understands that keeping aquarium/pond livestock (including but not limited to fish, invertebrates, coral, plants) is not without risk to their livelihood. Customer understands that aquarium/pond livestock and hardware may act unpredictably at times, despite the expert care of Authentic Aquariums LLC and Pondology's technicians; and that the technician cannot guarantee specific results for a particular piece of livestock.

Customer waives and releases Daniel Sandor, Authentic Aquariums LLC DBA Pondology, and its employees/agents/independent contractors from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which the customer, members of the customer's family, members of the public, employees of the customer's business, or the customer's aquarium/pond water feature and all of its components may suffer. The customer expressly assumes the risk of any such damage or injury during or after any aquarium/pond/water feature installation, maintenance, or any other Authentic Aquariums LLC DBA Pondology visit.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daniel Sandor, Authentic Aquariums LLC dba Pondology, and its employees/agents/independent contractors from any and all claims by from the customer, any member of the customer's family, the customer's company, customer employees, or any other person that interacts with the customer's aquarium/pond/water feature and all of its components.

I agree to pay for services rendered at the completion of said services.

24-hour notice is required for any scheduled maintenance visit cancellation. If I fail to provide 24-hour notice, I understand that I am charged full price for any maintenance visit(s) that were to take place during said 24-hour period.
